Liverpool are preparing to face AC Milan in the Champions League new format game on Tuesday, September 17, 2024.
Prior the game the Reds faced Nottingham Forest in the Premier League and suffered a 1-0 defeat.
Speaking on the defeat, Arne Slot said: “We were really disappointed, but we put it in the right perspective. I saw things we had to improve after beating United and last Saturday we didn’t do as many things as we did against United.
“Tomorrow I expect a different game against Milan with the playing style, but we should be disappointed if you lose a home game against Forest and you play for Liverpool. Four games, nine points, is a good start but it’s not a great start because then we would have had 12.
