The Gunners are actively considering offers for these central midfielders, provided the bids align with their valuation, emphasizing a financial balancing act following significant summer expenditures.
Having secured the services of Declan Rice from West Ham during the summer, Arsenal’s midfield dynamics have shifted, limiting opportunities for Jorginho and sidelining Partey due to injury woes. The Ghanaian midfielder has seen minimal action, featuring in just four games and accumulating 251 minutes on the field this season.
Jorginho, on the other hand, has made appearances in 11 Premier League games and five Champions League fixtures for the Gunners this season. However, a substantial portion of his playing time has come off the bench, amassing a total of 832 minutes on the pitch.
Sitting fourth in the Premier League, Arsenal, who recently occupied the top spot, are poised to engage in both incoming and outgoing transfers in the current window. Arteta, with an eye on challenging the likes of Liverpool and Manchester City for the league title, aims to make significant decisions this month to rejuvenate the squad following a string of disappointing results.
Despite last season’s runner-up finish to Manchester City, Arsenal is determined to surpass that achievement and contend for the Premier League crown this campaign.
