The Gunners, who showcased their prowess throughout the Premier League season but ultimately fell short of claiming the title, are leaving no stones unturned as they gear up for the upcoming campaign.
The 18-year-old Fresneda has been on Arsenal’s radar for quite some time, and according to BILD, the London club has made a substantial and enticing offer to secure his services. While specific details of the offer remain undisclosed, the reputed German outlet, Bild, confirms that it carries significant financial weight.
As with any transfer negotiation, the parties involved have maintained a level of discretion. It is yet to be clarified whether Arsenal’s discussions have been directly with Real Valladolid, or if they have initiated contact with the player and his representatives.
Fresneda, a rising star in the right-back position, has garnered attention for his commendable performances in the Valladolid setup. Despite his tender age, he has exhibited remarkable defensive skills and an impressive ability to contribute in the attacking third. His potential acquisition by Arsenal could be seen as a proactive step in fortifying their backline for the upcoming challenges that lie ahead.
