Gabriel expressed his admiration for Saka’s form this season, during which he has scored 13 goals across all competitions and helped push Arsenal to the top of the Premier League table.
In a recent interview with Premier League Uncut , Gabriel went on to discuss Saka’s exceptional ability on the ball, citing his strength and formidable 1v1 skills as key factors that make him a formidable opponent. Gabriel’s comments highlight the fact that Saka’s prowess is not limited to matches, but extends to the training ground, where he continues to give his teammates a hard time.
For me, he’s had the best moment. He’s so good. If I’m the defender who plays against him, my head is in trouble. Because he’s so hard, too strong 1v1.
He helps the team a lot and you see this season and last season, he’s so good.’
Saka has also impressed on the international stage, most notably during England’s victory over Ukraine, in which he scored a sensational goal. With his consistent performances, Saka has proven to be a vital player for both Arsenal and the England national team.
As Arsenal prepares to face Leeds, Saka and Gabriel will no doubt continue to push for the Premier League title, with the former’s exceptional skills likely to play a key role in the club’s success.
