Share:Bayern Munich is said to be eyeing a summer transfer move for Barcelona’s Ousmane Dembele, as reported by Spanish outlet Fichajes. The Bavarian club’s manager, Thomas Tuchel, is reportedly keen on signing the French winger, who currently has a market value of €60 million.
Dembele has shown a resurgence in form since Xavi Hernandez took charge of the Barcelona team. Previously, the winger had been inconsistent under previous managers, but he became a key player after replacing Neymar in 2017. In the current 2022/23 season, Dembele has scored eight goals and provided seven assists in 28 appearances, highlighting his talent and increasing his market value.
Notably, Dembele’s form has drawn interest from various high-profile clubs, including Bayern Munich. Tuchel has been a long-time admirer of the player and had previously attempted to sign him during his stint at Chelsea.
However, the move never materialized, and Tuchel is now keen to renew his interest in Dembele during the upcoming transfer window.
