According to Fichajes, both Chelsea and Real Madrid are keen on acquiring the services of Julian Alvarez from Manchester City.

According to Fichajes, Alvarez’s future at City is uncertain due to his limited playing time under Pep Guardiola, and both European giants are keen on securing his services.
Alvarez joined City ahead of the ongoing season and has featured in 37 matches, scoring 14 goals and providing four assists. However, he has played for just over 1,800 minutes, and is understood to be seeking a more prominent role at the club.
The striker’s recent contract extension may not prevent him from seeking a transfer, with reports suggesting he is set to hold talks with City to discuss his future.
Despite his relatively short time at the Etihad Stadium, Alvarez has already shown glimpses of his talent and potential as he was part of the Argentine squad that lifted the World cup in Qatar, and it remains to be seen where his future lies.
However, the interest from Chelsea and Real Madrid indicates that the young forward is highly regarded in the transfer market.
