The Argentine forward’s scintillating form this season, coupled with his instrumental role in guiding Inter Milan to the UEFA Champions League finals, has attracted the attention of several top clubs, including the Blues.
Martinez’s outstanding performances have seen him register an impressive tally of 25 goals and provide 10 assists across all competitions. Such stellar statistics undoubtedly make him an enticing prospect for Chelsea, who are in dire need of bolstering their attacking options.
Chelsea’s quest to find consistent goalscorers has been well-documented, as they have often struggled to convert their chances into goals. The addition of someone of Martinez’s caliber could potentially transform their fortunes in the final third, injecting a much-needed spark into their attacking play.

The 25-year-old Argentine international brings a multifaceted skill set to the table, capable of enhancing the overall dynamism of Chelsea’s attacking unit. His ability to link up with teammates, create opportunities, and bring a new dimension to their offensive play cannot be understated.
According to an exclusive report from Football Insider , the potential acquisition of Martinez would come at a price. It is believed that Inter Milan values the striker at a hefty £70 million. Moreover, the player himself has reportedly expressed a willingness to explore new opportunities this summer, provided the right offer comes his way.
As the transfer window approaches, all eyes are on Stamford Bridge to see if Chelsea will make a decisive move to secure the services of Lautaro Martinez.
