The 76ers point guard Danny Green reacted to statements made by Minnesota player Patrick Beverley, who criticized Suns star Chris Paul for poor defensive play.
Share:“All the teams are trying to attack through you, too, Pat Beverly. You don’t show any damn defence. You can’t handle Luka. How many times have I seen Luka call you a “little asshole.” He’s always trying to attack through you, taking every chance he can. Against Luka, you turn into a cone and a rack yourself,” Green said.
Beverly responded by tweeting out a photo showing his opponent’s low shooting percentage from the game, as well as a video of a successful defensive play against Luka Doncic.
“Nothing personal, bro. Nothing against you. We all like to chitchat,” Green wrote.
Green later tweeted a conciliatory message.
