Manchester City prepare to battle Southampton on the next round while Liverpool head out of the competition in tears.
The Reds are now left to fight back into the Premier League visible spot as they also get a taste of strength as they prepare to battle Real Madrid for their UEFA Champions League campaign.
After the game, Nottingham Forest Goalie Dean Henderson has shared that Darwin Nunez may be in his down time currently but in the shortest time would definitely settle into the squad.
“He left a different league to come here so I don’t expect it to be easy for him at first,” Henderson said of Nunez.
“It’s normal for every player, bad days happen and for Nunez it’s even more understandable because he came from a different league and needs time to understand the way things work here.
“Sure he is a great talent but these tough times we can’t avoid as players, we just keep our heads up and keep working. That’s the only way.”
