The Gunners suffered a defeat against PSG on penalties as the game ended in a 1-1 draw.
Following the final, Mikel Arteta’s side had a parade in London after their Premier League win.
During the parade, Rice sent a message as he said: “Next year, we are coming back for more. Lock in or get out.”
