This move by the Red Devils signals their keen interest in exploring alternative options to Chelsea’s highly sought-after playmaker, Mason Mount.
Eze’s performances at Selhurst Park have been nothing short of outstanding, earning him a coveted place on Manchester United’s radar. However, whether the club will escalate their pursuit of the talented midfielder in the upcoming summer transfer window remains uncertain.

While Mount undoubtedly takes precedence due to his proven track record, Eze has displayed tremendous potential and could be on the cusp of a breakthrough to a more prominent club.
Sources indicate that Erik ten Hag, Manchester United’s manager, is particularly drawn to Eze’s ability to provide an increased goal threat from the midfield. With the desire to bolster the team’s attacking prowess for the upcoming season, Eze’s profile has captured the attention of the United boss.
The prospect of Eze donning the colors of a larger club holds intrigue, with some speculating that he may offer better value for money compared to Mount. However, Chelsea, mindful of his importance and despite his contract having only one year remaining at Stamford Bridge, are unlikely to entertain the idea of him joining a direct rival in the Premier League’s top six.
