Anticipated to seamlessly integrate into Mauricio Pochettino’s squad for the pre-season, Nkunku is expected to inject a much-needed injection of creativity and firepower into Chelsea’s somewhat lackluster attack, as witnessed during the previous campaign.
Nkunku’s stellar performances over the past two seasons at RB Leipzig have been nothing short of sensational. Despite grappling with injury setbacks throughout his latest campaign, the 25-year-old managed to notch an impressive tally of 23 goals while providing an additional nine assists in 36 appearances over the course of the past nine months.
The French international’s impending arrival at Chelsea promises to invigorate the team’s attacking potential, offering a substantial boost in terms of goal-scoring prowess and creative contributions. As the pieces fall into place, fans eagerly await the official confirmation of this exciting transfer.
