Share:In a recent development, concerns have arisen over Liverpool’s goalkeeper Alisson, who is rumored to be grappling with a hamstring injury. The discomfort he displayed towards the conclusion of the Manchester City game has fueled speculation about the source of the issue, with suggestions that it might sideline him until 2024, marking a potentially lengthy absence.
While there remains a possibility that Alisson’s recovery could be swifter, the prospect of him missing key fixtures, including pivotal encounters against Manchester United and Arsenal just before Christmas, looms large. Such an absence would undoubtedly pose a significant challenge to Liverpool, given Alisson’s established status as one of their linchpin players.
The 31-year-old custodian has exhibited stellar form throughout the season, often proving instrumental in determining match outcomes with his exceptional goalkeeping prowess.
Liverpool, currently perceived as outsiders in the title race, could face heightened difficulties should key players be unavailable for crucial fixtures, potentially hampering their ability to stay competitive against the likes of Manchester City and Arsenal throughout the campaign.
