Bakayoko’s impact on the pitch has been undeniable, having directly contributed to 19 goals so far this season. His remarkable form has not gone unnoticed, with several European giants vying for his signature. Alongside Liverpool, Paris Saint-Germain, Bayern Munich, and Manchester City are all said to be closely monitoring his situation, intensifying the competition for his services.
Despite turning down an offer from Brentford last summer, Bakayoko’s future at PSV seems uncertain as his contract is set to expire in 2026. It is widely anticipated that he will seek new challenges at the end of the campaign, with aspirations of joining a bigger club.
The impending departure of Jurgen Klopp from Liverpool adds an intriguing layer to the pursuit of Bakayoko. With Klopp’s announcement of leaving the club at the end of the season, questions arise regarding Liverpool’s transfer strategy and their ability to secure marquee signings.
Nevertheless, with the allure of playing for top European clubs, it appears inevitable that Bakayoko will bid farewell to Eredivisie and embark on the next chapter of his career. Liverpool, among others, will be eagerly watching as the transfer saga unfolds in the coming months.
