Manchester United are nearing their first summer signing with Napoli defender Kim Min-Jae being persuaded to join the club, reports from Italy suggest.
Share:According to sources CalcioNapoli24 and FootMercato, negotiations between Kim Min-Jae and the Premier League are currently taking place. The Red Devils are said to be offering a significant salary to the defender if he joins them at Old Trafford.
Time is crucial in securing the South Korean’s move – his contract includes a release clause of £43 million, but it is only valid until the middle of June. This means that United have approximately one month to finalize the deal.
Thankfully, sources from Naples, such as Il Mattino, indicate that progress is being made and the transfer is moving in a positive direction.
