However, discussions have hit a minor snag during initial talks with Atalanta, the current club of Rasmus Højlund. Atalanta has communicated their reluctance to accept the inclusion of three players offered in the deal, a stipulation put forth by Manchester United. Despite this setback, both clubs remain engaged in dialogue as they seek to find a suitable resolution that satisfies all parties involved.
As the negotiations intensify, the asking price for Højlund’s transfer has been estimated to be in the range of €65 to €70 million. While no official bid has been submitted by Manchester United at this stage, it is widely anticipated that the club will swiftly move forward to formalize their offer in the near future.
