Share:In a much-anticipated move, Manchester United appears poised to initiate negotiations for the acquisition of Fiorentina’s Sofyan Amrabat, as sources suggest an imminent offer within the upcoming 48 hours.
The Red Devils, who have been meticulously assessing the market for midfield reinforcements, seem to be making their move after a period of strategic contemplation.
According to reports from Viola news , the highly awaited proposal for the 27-year-old Moroccan midfielder is anticipated to materialize in the imminent 48-hour window. Manchester United’s tactical pivot towards securing Amrabat’s services arrives in the aftermath of a disappointing match against Ange Postecoglou’s Tottenham Hotspur, an outcome that is purportedly influencing their approach to midfield bolstering.
Amid this backdrop, it’s intriguing to note that Fiorentina’s valuation of the talented playmaker remains steadfast at an approximate range of €25-30 million (£21-£25 million). This valuation is a testament to the impactful role Amrabat played in guiding his native Morocco to the 2022 World Cup semi-finals, a feat ultimately curtailed by a loss against the French national team.
