Casemiro suffered an ankle injury while on international duty with Brazil in a game against Venezuela.
However, ahead of their World Cup 2026 qualifiers against Uruguay, it has been revealed that the Manchester United star will start for his side.
According to Globo Esporte, he is now set to start against Uruguay on Wednesday.
The 31-year-old’s return is good news for Manchester United who will face Sheffield United in the Premier League when they return to action on Saturday, October 21, 2023.
