Manchester United midfielder Hannibal Mejbri is being considered as a potential candidate for a loan move.
Share:In what could be a defining moment in the career of young talent Hannibal Mejbri, the Manchester United midfielder finds himself at the center of transfer speculations. According to reputable Tunisian outlet
, the 20-year-old is garnering interest from three clubs keen on securing his services on loan for the upcoming season.
While the identity of one of the clubs remains undisclosed, it is understood that Luton Town and Enzo Maresca’s Leicester City are among the frontrunners vying for the gifted midfielder’s signature.
Despite making appearances during Manchester United’s pre-season tour under Erik Ten Hag, Mejbri faces fierce competition in the defensive midfield position. With players of the caliber of Casemiro and the potential addition of Sofyan Amrabat, it seems unlikely that the Tunisian international will be able to secure regular first-team football in the forthcoming season.
In light of this situation, several clubs, including the recently promoted Luton Town, are actively pursuing the talented youngster for a temporary stint. Mejbri, who spent the previous season on loan at Birmingham City, may find another loan move as the most appropriate pathway to further his development and gain valuable playing time.
