Newcastle United has emerged as a potential destination for Real Madrid’s seasoned midfielder, Toni Kroos. The 33-year-old’s contract with Los Blancos is set to expire at the end of the current season, and no extension has been confirmed yet. This situation could pave the way for a possible cut-price transfer in the upcoming January window.
Newcastle World indicate that Newcastle is on the lookout for midfield reinforcements, particularly following Sandro Tonali’s suspension. Toni Kroos has caught their attention as a potential solution, though it remains to be seen whether the Magpies will make a formal move for the German international.
Kroos boasts an impressive trophy cabinet, with five Champions League titles split between his time at Real Madrid and Bayern Munich, in addition to a World Cup victory with the German national team.
