Ralf Schumacher has spoken out on Max Verstappen and Lewis Hamilton. Schumacher thinks that Verstappen has the potential to surpass Hamilton in Formula One achievements.
The Red Bull Racing driver has won the World Championship three times while the Mercedes driver has won the championship for a record seven time, tied with Michael Schmuchaer.
“Max Verstappen makes the difference with his talent, even though he doesn’t have the fastest car. Just like my brother Michael used to make the difference in the past,” Schumacher said.
“We thought Lewis Hamilton could walk on water. We thought Max Verstappen could walk on water. But that’s not how things work in F1. Although in my opinion, Max could actually go further than Lewis Hamilton in terms of talent. That’s true, Max makes an even bigger difference,” Schumacher added.
