Lobotka has been a key player for Napoli this season, having made 111 appearances for the club since joining from Celta Vigo in 2020.
He has featured in 46 matches across all competitions this season, including 35 appearances in Serie A, where Napoli clinched the title.
Lobotka’s performances have attracted attention from Premier League clubs.
Given the high transfer fees associated with players like Declan Rice and Moises Caicedo, Lobotka, valued at €38 million according to Transfermarkt, presents an appealing cost-effective option for both Chelsea and Newcastle.
