Ruud on the first career win at Wimbledon: I felt surprisingly good
To be honest, I felt surprisingly good. I didn’t play much on grass this year because I went to rest after the tournament at Queen’s Club. Before Wimbledon, I only had four days to prepare, so it was interesting to see how I played.
But I was feeling good. There’s something special about the Wimbledon courts. You get an unbelievable feeling every time you play here.
