Share:Bayern Munich, the German football giants, are reportedly eyeing a potential move for Chelsea’s central midfielder Mateo Kovacic.
The 28-year-old has been an instrumental figure in Thomas Tuchel’s squad this season and could be a target for his former boss, who recently took over the reins at the Allianz Arena.
According to The Telegraph , Tuchel’s successful stint at Chelsea, which included clinching the coveted Champions League title, has ignited rumors of his interest in reuniting with the Croatian playmaker.
It remains to be seen whether the Bavarian outfit will follow up on their reported interest with a concrete bid, but Kovacic’s impressive form in the Blues’ midfield could make him a viable option for Bayern.
