Bosnia and Herzegovina eliminated Italy and reached Mundial, while the other three spots were filled by Turkiye, Czechia and Sweden.
The final two spots for the the tournament will be decided through inter-confederation playoffs, with Jamaica vs DR Congo and Bolivia vs Iraq.
