Secretbet users can now place their bets directly within Telegram, thanks to the launch of a new betting bot on the platform.
Share:Secretbet players can now place bets without leaving Telegram, as the platform has launched a new Telegram betting bot.
It’s far ahead and entirely different from the typical bots, offering some basic functions via buttons and lacking an interface. The new Secretbet bot runs as a Telegram web app (or mini app), which recreates a web-based copy of the Secretbet interface inside your messenger.
The catch is that there’s no need to switch between Telegram and a standard betting app anymore. The player opens the bot, launches the mini app, and logs in. And can go for pre-match or live betting on any sports, claim bonuses, access the same markets and almost every feature like they would on the website.
The Secretbet betting bot removes the friction of switching from Telegram to launch a separate app, then go on with wagering and switching back to Telegram. This would sometimes cause Telegram to refresh, making things more irritating.
Now, placing a bet requires just two taps: switching to the bot and launching the Secretbet mini app. The player can carry on with the tasks they’ve been doing, like chatting or video calling. And freely switch between chats and back, the progress in the web app doesn’t disappear.
Like the standalone app, the Secretbet betting mini app reminds you of active promotions. All the notifications are sent to the bot chat to appear in the Status Bar as notifications from Telegram
The Secretbet Telegram web app uses the existing account and wallet, and the players can deposit and withdraw the same way as via the browser or mobile app. If the player wants to wager with crypto and has a Telegram Web3 crypto wallet with the currency accepted by Secretbet, they can transfer funds without leaving the messenger.
Absolutely, as long as no one else has access to the player’s Telegram account, and they use the real Secretbet Telegram bot @secretbetapp_bot.
Telegram doesn’t store any data. And the transfer between the Secretbet betting mini app and the server is encrypted like from the smartphone app or website.
