Former world number one Andy Murray is having a real hard time getting back to his best form. Notably, Murray hasn’t won more than two matches in a row in any major or Masters tournament this season. Already Murray won two matches at Indian Wells and also they are against fine players higher than him in the rankings. First, the Brit beat Adrian Mannarino in straight sets. Secondly and in the next round, Murray had to use all the experience he has to overcome the young Spaniard Alcaraz in three sets.

Alexander Zverev aiming for another title
One of the best players and the world’s number four Alexander Zverev needed three sets to beat Brooksby in the previous round. However, after having a wonderful season, Zverev will be one of the candidates to win this tournament. Notably, Zverev won four tournaments this season including the Olympic gold medal.
Despite all this success, the German must be careful of Murray as he lost his last meeting last year in Cincinnati. Moreover, Murray leads the all-time h2h by 3-0. In his match against Brooksby, Zverev won the first set but lost the second after some lapse in focus. Nevertheless, the German dominated the third set and finished it 6-1.

Andy Murray vs Alexander Zverev Prediction
We may see a very exciting match in the round of 32 between these two players. Certainly, Murray draws a lot of crowds and fans like to see him back to his best.
Despite losing all of his three matches against Murray, Zverev is definitely the favorite to win this match. Surely the German has all the weapons to trouble the Brit, from his forehand, service and backhand.
Murray’s biggest concern on the other hand will be his fitness and whether he can keep up with the German’s aggressive approach.
