1xBet delaying BDT 35,000 deposit for 6 days despite providing all proofs - Ticket IDs: 18388820 & 183888086

Hello Bookmaker Ratings Team,

I am submitting this complaint against 1xBet regarding two failed deposits that have been unresolved since 20th June 2026.

Please note that my account currency is BDT, and the total amount is BDT 35,000 (roughly around 300 USD). I selected USD in the form box only because BDT was not available in the dropdown list.

On 20th June, I made two separate deposits of 10,000 BDT and 25,000 BDT (Totaling 35,000 BDT) via the ‘Fast Nagad’ mobile banking gateway. The total amount of 35,000 BDT was successfully deducted from my Nagad wallet (Mobile Number: 01307297595). However, 1xBet marked both transactions as “Unsuccessful deposit” due to a technical issue on their end, and the funds were never credited to my account balance.

On the exact same day, I opened official cases under their ‘Payment Queries’ section. The generated Ticket numbers are:
1. № 18388820 (for 10,000 BDT)
2. № 183888086 (for 25,000 BDT)

It has been 6 days now, and the status of both tickets is still stuck on “In progress”. I have provided comprehensive video proofs showing my payment history, transaction IDs, and wallet statements via email and live support. On 25th June, I requested a callback, and a 1xBet representative called me, acknowledging that the 72-hour limit had passed and promised a resolution by the end of the day. Unfortunately, it was another false promise, and no actions have been taken.

I kindly request your team to intervene and compel 1xBet to credit the 35,000 BDT to my player account or issue a full refund immediately.
