Uruguay are in the World Cup 2026. Marcelo Bielsa’s side qualified for the Mundial 2026 as they finished fourth in the CONMEBOL standings with 28 points.

Bielsa’s side are in Group H along with Saudi Arabia, Cape Verde and Spain.

Uruguay have won the World Cup two times in their history and have been qualified for the tournament 15 times overall.

Uruguay: Schedule at the World Cup 2026

For the 2026 FIFA World Cup group stage, the Uruguayan national team has been drawn into Group H, where they will play three matches across the United States and Mexico:

June 15 vs Saudi Arabia (USA) – 6:00 PM ET / 6:00 PM local (Hard Rock Stadium, Miami Gardens)
June 21 vs Cape Verde (USA) – 6:00 PM ET / 6:00 PM local (Hard Rock Stadium, Miami Gardens)
June 26 vs Spain (Mexico) – 8:00 PM ET / 6:00 PM local (Akron Stadium, Guadalajara)
