I am a MobCash agent in Morocco. I deposited 146,000 MAD of my personal capital as a business security deposit. 1xBet blocked my agent account and their support instructed me to transfer the remaining 122,559 MAD into a personal player account to withdraw it.
The exact moment the 122,559 MAD was transferred, they blocked this personal account as well. Over the past few months, they dragged out the verification and forced me through 4 separate video conferences. Now they are falsely claiming “fraud” to steal my principal money. They have also revoked my access to the Reddy App to destroy communication history and are completely ignoring my emails. I have committed no fraud and I demand my money back.
