Account unverified after being verified for more then a month

Has anyone ever had the issue of being fica approved, and then suddenly when you update your ban details to withdraw are told to deposit R50 and play with it only then can you withdraw, but as soon as the deposit has been made your unable to bet on any game because they’ve disabled your betting, and then after you asking what that’s about your account gets unverified without being given a valid reason for the decision.
Keep in mind that one of their agents did confirm that your account can not be unverified once it has been verified, it stays verified for life, but they refuse to give me a reason why and keep in insisting on a selfie holding my I’d, which I have not even used for registration, I used my passport and that was approved, never the less us have sent them the selfie holding my I’d, which they also refuse to accept, and meanwhile their own terms and conditions stated that if they suspect any irregularities they are allowed to terminate your account and must then pay any funds left in your account to your registered bank account, but they refuse to do that as well. So they keep on rejecting my once approved documents for not being correct, but a month ago the do called system found it to be valid and approved it, now that same system denies it, what kind of a system has the ability to do that, but yet even by continuosly rejecting my documents they are also not following their so called compliance of the fica act and terminating my account and pay out my money. So please tell me there is alternative options available or us a small court’s claim my only hope to get this sorted out?
