I am filing a complaint against Melbet (ID: 1619055897) for a payout delay regarding 22,084.65 Haitian gourdes(HTG)
My account has been frozen since April 4th (17+ days) despite providing all KYC documents (ID, selfie, payment proof). I have attached a screenshot of my transaction history showing that Melbet already approved and paid several withdrawals on April 2nd and 3rd.
This proves my account is legitimate. I have also proactively informed them about a name inversion error from my registration. Melbet is now ignoring my emails. I request the immediate release of my funds.
