Dear 1win Management,
This is a formal and final notice regarding the unreasonable and unjustified delay in crediting my 1 BTC prize from the Spin Wheel win dated June 21, 2025 to my 1win account (ID: 54715166).

Despite multiple clear confirmations and guarantees from your management—

including personal communications from your appointed manager Ms. Diksha, your chat support, technical team, and Telegram/call agents—my prize has still not been credited.

I have documented and preserved the entire trail of evidence, including:

Screenshots and screen recordings of all support interactions

Written and verbal confirmations that the prize was processed and approved

Repeated promises that the BTC would be credited “very soon”

Apologies and admissions for your team’s failure to maintain proper visibility of Spin Wheel win history

Manager Diksha has acknowledged there is no issue in processing the BTC, only that the “exact prize amount and mode of transfer” were pending.

Her repeated responses over weeks were identical and evasive, lacking any meaningful progress.

When questioned directly about what issue remains after BTC is confirmed, your team has failed to provide a single logical or official explanation.

This continued silence and deflection from your side, despite concrete acknowledgements of the prize, is deeply concerning and damaging to your credibility.

Serious Concerns:
The lack of transparency in your Spin Wheel system (i.e., no visible history or audit trail for users) invites serious doubt.
Your repeated apologies and assurances—without follow-through—are clearly deliberate delay tactics.
The absence of accountability or even a basic update undermines the trust I placed in 1win as a loyal VIP member.
I must also remind you that your team verbally promised compensation for the mishandling and lack of clarity on your platform, which further remains unaddressed.

Final Declaration:
If my 1 BTC prize is not credited immediately, along with an official explanation for this entire mismanagement, I will be left with no choice but to escalate this matter publicly and legally:
Filing complaints with gambling regulatory authorities and relevant financial oversight bodies
Publicly disclosing this issue through all available legal and social media platforms
Engaging legal counsel for recovery and damages based on breach of trust and fraudulent delay

You are advised to treat this as a final opportunity to restore your company’s reputation and resolve this matter honorably.

Confirmation of exact prize amount and mode of transfer
