they refuse to transfer money to me,several times now

so i asked several times if they have intention to transfer money to me,they did not give any positive assurance they will do that, as they do not have time frame for that,so in that case means that since they do not have specific time frame ,that means that can be never???
now im having this request for 2500 usd,i also had cuple more,,once their operator accideantlaly cancel myy withdrawal ,but that was ok,it was only 20 usd,when i asked them to provide me with that chat to be given ,on my email or how they want,and now Im being denied to enter the chat,and so to aks about my payout.
unfortunstelly i have more money there and im afraid that if i ask to withdraw that money,i will not be transfered at all any of that.
im verified there ,they didnt ask anything,maybe they can ask now,after one week of my withdrawal ,like im suspecting what they gonna start doing,even if they like to have documents they can have it,but before my withdrawal i also asked if i need any new documents to provide for them they said no,the isue is now that i heard that they make this with other people,and that is more alarming that they make false account with players name,becasuye they have all my documents and they just alter those so to look like o have another account,which idont have ,and i have my bank cards or what they will try to do,unless if they do not make false bank payment with my name there,but also i will ask if you can tell e how can i dispute that,since im assuming they will do that,there is good chace of the doing that,sinc ei didnt do anything wrong,and im playing there maybe one year or so,im not sure for that.but when i join the site ,they had this time frame,up to 300 usd ,or euros,up to on day,and if person withdrawing more money so also the more days to be postponed payment.and so on,but then ,i think in january,they removed that.
now im asking if there is any help ,since i like to withdraw all money from there,but im afrai that they will not allow even anything to be trasnfered to me if i try that,and i have total of 1000 usd,and maybe more while im speaking since some of the bets are winning at the momment.
i mean norml time for transfer,if they want that to be done can be done in one day,there is sites which tell you in 3 days or 5 days ,and if its bigger amount maybe more days,and that s no problem,ussually they transfer money in one to two days,altough on their site is 5 days timeframe.
now they emailed me saying that they experiencing technical issue again,and then they will say that all is ok,that im misatken,they didnt have that issue,they didnt have that,but the problem is that my friend has also account there and he can enter the chat freely?
so that is how much i trust that they will honour that they transfer money my pauouts to me…
