1xBet is withholding my funds unfairly

I have requested withdrawl of funds in INR. 30,000 Indian rupees because I am in India and I am wrting this because no resulution is provided. They say the transaction is successful, they are giving me UTR number, but no such amount is credited to my bank account. I have submitted my bank statements, bank call audio recordings but still they won’t give my money. I am deeply sadened by this. If i loose money gambling, then its okay because it was a choice. But 1xbet not returning my money which i havr not betted, is wrong. Very wrong. Their customer service is poor and not doing anything to resolve.
